One Of My Friends

I have lost contact with many of my junior classmates. Luckily, I came across my junior schoolmate's mother on the street three days ago, she had become so thin and skinny, but I could still recognize her. She was suprised to see me and she gave me my classmate's phone number. I called her that night and she told me she had a 12-year-old boy, but she is jobless now. When women grow older, the competitive ability becomes weaker. The empolyers prefer to hire younger and engetic empolyees. Once you get older, it is hard to find a good job unless you keep progressing. We had a long talk that night and I realized how difficult to survive in today's society. You never know what kind of boss you will meet. It is hard to define a good job. Everything has two sides and we need to learn from the positive side. Although I am not satisfied with my current job, (people are always not satisfied), I told her I will keep trying to do my best. I had a good time talking with her on the phone.
